Joined the AppDynamics product team as part of their acquisition by Cisco. Software Engineer in Java and SQL working on licensing, authentication, authorization, and other security components. Experience in design, implementation, and test automation as well as some dev ops.

In 2019, I advanced to leading the team in authentication, authorization, security, encryption and secret management, and oAuth authentication for the Cisco AppDynamics Product.

Working in a Dev role, working with various proprietary and open source cloud systems. Worked on microservices and automation of testing. Written code in Java, AngularJS, and NodeJS.

Was merged under the AppDynamics header after they were acquired by Cisco.

Hired as a Test Engineer for the advanced networking components of a cloud management solution. Testing and troubleshooting issues with routing, firewalls, load balancing, and visualization. One of only a small handful of student hires to successfully make it through the probationary period.

First position post graduation, I performed pre-engineered scheduled changes to customer network and server architecture. Provided telephone and email support to customers. Responded to customer’s problems within 15 minutes and repair incidents without escalation 80% of the time.
